SAP appeal to get off suspension
In addition to submitting your suspension appeal form, you should also attach a letter providing a brief explanation regarding the circumstances of your academic performance over the past two semesters (include support documents, such as medical documentation, etc.), reasons as to why you were suspended and should be considered for readmission; and include adjustments and improvements you will make to be successful moving forward.
Your appeal will be evaluated by the Suspension Appeals Committee who will decide whether to grant or deny the appeal. The committee may also choose to impose specific academic requirements as a condition for granting the appeal.
