INSTRUCTIONS: During the pandemic, some restaurants automatically included ″Gratuity″ in your bill. There was even a ″COVID-19″ fee included. I′ve seen ″suggested″ tip start at 15%. Patrons called foul on restaurants that automatically included these fees. I remember seeing posts on social media by dissatisfied patrons complain that tipping was getting out of hand and no longer seemed like a way to say ″thank you for wonderful service″ but rather a demand. After watching this video, answer the following questions. a) What are your thoughts about the video and the topic ″Tipping System″? You can respond as an employee and as a business owner.
