QUESTION 1 (This is suppose to be a literature review)
Describe the background information as an introduction to the research problem and discuss the purpose of the study. Identify and discuss a theory which helps analyze and understand the problem. Evaluate the current state of the literature and the theoretical approach which will help solve the problem identified. Present a model, and briefly discuss the research design. Be sure to include the assumptions and limitations. Clarify operational definitions for all key terms used in the study. Finally, explain the importance of the study. Your answer must follow APA format.

· How HR effectiveness might be easier
· Split (who used AI) and (who has not used it) then compare the two

· Pull the measure out for HR effectiveness
· Question: does AI improve HR effectiveness and is there a difference in the outcome of using AI?
· Why are we doing this and why is it important?
· What kind of AI they use and list the variety of AI’s
· What type of AI is most effective
· The outcome measurement based off its effectiveness
· Use regression model 1: if they are 0: if they are not
· Different type of groups and compare effectiveness
· Explore how HR effectiveness been effective
