The provision of clinical services to a population’s health focuses on creating a sense of urgency to help others see that there is a need for change. Health departments, clinics, and Emergency room departments have begun to define and communicate connections through the organizational success of connecting with resources that help people without insurance coverage. Clinical preventive services offer the opportunity to improve the health of populations and decrease healthcare costs. Relationships with larger populations allow organizations to serve the public by having the right care at the right place and time. Strategies have been implemented to develop strong primary networks; demonstrating high performance on quality, cost, outcomes, and physician-patient relationships, while ensuring planning of the public health system offering are sized and organized to meet the needs of the healthcare market. Tools have now been developed for the transformation of public healthcare designed to facilitate services to a population of health focus. These tools facilitate successful service and resource sharing that aid health departments in transforming their public health systems throughout a state or local jurisdiction to strengthen and improve their ability to protect and promote the public’s health. It has been proven that better health outcomes for adults having a regular source of care and with more appropriate use of health services improve the likelihood of disease screening and early detection, the management of chronic illness, and the effective treatment of acute conditions.
Providing opportunities for partnerships with other healthcare and public health professionals to expand the population’s access to clinical preventive services made it available for me without health insurance to see preventive care doctors. Thanks to a partnership between Atrium Health Navacient Medical Center and Macon Volunteer Clinic. I was diagnosed with diabetes and high blood pressure, and from this collaboration, I was able to get free or significantly reduced prescriptions, I also was able to have some surgeries through Doctors and Nurses volunteering time without me having to pay anything.

Organizational change is a complex process involving alterations to various aspects of an organization, such as its structure, processes, and strategies. These changes can arise from various sources and positively and negatively impact the organization. One organizational change that I have witnessed is Twitter’s rapid and effective transition to remote work during the COVID-19 pandemic. Twitter recognized the need for an organizational change to ensure the safety and well-being of its employees while maintaining productivity. The company quickly transitioned its workforce to remote work, allowing employees to work from home. This change ensured their safety during the pandemic and provided employees with greater flexibility and improved work-life balance. Some positive outcomes of the organizational change were the increased applications for remote work options from top talent, leading to a more diverse and skilled workforce. Overall, this move was good for the organization because it enabled the company to reduce overhead costs related to office space, utilities, and facility maintenance. Twitter demonstrated agility and adaptability, showing other companies the potential benefits of remote work arrangements beyond the pandemic (Brandon, 2020). Since the pandemic, there has been an increase in work-from-home opportunities for what was historically considered office jobs, highlighting the transition’s lasting impact (1).
