  3. Complete and submit the “Competency Assessment: Tier 1 Public Health Professionals” – The assessment is located below.
  4. Submit a 4-6 page paper (not including title page and references) that is:
    • double spaced
    • 12 point Times New Roman font
    • 1 inch margins
    • use APA formatting
    • in-text citations and references.

The paper should include the following sections:

  • Summarize the Core Competencies
  • Describe How the Core Competencies are Used in the Public Health Profession
  • Discuss Your Results from the “Competency Assessment” specifically identify strengths and areas that you would like to improve.
